Fight of the night to Frank Morris and Cameron Thurgood for their amazing display of Jiu-Jitsu in MMA; utilizing it for submission attempts, reversals, escapes, sweeps and striking.
Slam of the night (also shot of the night...talk about fast) to Kyle Dye for his double leg shot to set up the overhead scoop slam.
KO/TKO of the night to Louise Johnson. Even though it was technically a referee stoppage due to the strong GNP her opponent (Ellsha) looked out for a few moments after the bout. Ellsha however did get off the canvas, smile and congratulate Louise on her win.
Chin(s) of the night to John Alexander and Adam Reed for the exchanges in their bout where it seemed each landed punches that should have knocked the other out.
Submission of the night to Rex Payne for his smooth and relaxed transition to get the fight ending triangle.
Humorous moment of the night to Tim Ouimette for good naturedly taking a moment to check the sponsors printed on his shorts to make sure everyone got thanked.
